In the tape cutting process, the new Tape Cutting Machine and Automatic Cutting Machine form a "manual + automatic" dual-selection mode. Among them, the Automatic Cutting Machine is equipped with AI visual positioning technology, which can automatically identify parameters such as the diameter and thickness of the tape roll, and complete fixed-length cutting, counting, and stacking with one click. A single operator can achieve a cutting speed of 60 pieces per minute, significantly reducing labor costs. In addition, the supporting Tape Rewinding Machine has also undergone performance upgrades. It adopts a dual-station alternating winding design, shortening the roll change time to less than 10 seconds. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic deviation correction and constant tension functions to ensure that the rewound tape is flat and tight, reducing losses during transportation.
